Before Bentley: 2008 graduate of Schoolcraft High School … played junior hockey with the Chicago Steel of the United States Hockey League in 2008-09 and the Baystate Breakers of the Eastern Junior Hockey League in 2009-10 … had one goal and four assists in 36 games for the Steel … was the Breakers’ fifth leading scorer with a 13-18-31 line … fifth on team in goals and seventh in assists … had three goals and one assist in the team’s two playoff games.
